Directors advise that the Company received extension of term requests from 116 holders of MMTOA options. The aggregate number of options extended in term is 4,603,918.
Forty (40) holders (in aggregate 1,259,750 options) allowed these options to lapse.
The results demonstrate that this action was appreciated by the majority of holders.
The Company holds the following licences.
- at Clunes - 4.8 Ha - MIN 5391
- at Allendale - 23 graticular sections (approx 23 sq. km.) as an exploration licence, renewed to expire 25 February 2008 - EL 3821.
- around Tourello - EL 4972 - granted 9 August 2006 (held subject to vendor agreement).
The Company has applications for the following:
- ELA 4995, vicinity Buninyong (joint application with principal applicant Ballarat South Gold Ltd) which is in competition with an application by Leviathan Resources Ltd.
