CHAIRMAN'S OUTLOOK |

|
The Kitco graph below says it all!!
About GlenfineFrom the beginning of our involvement at Glenfine, we have followed a policy directed towards optimising the venefit of the entire life cycle of intended activity there for all who are stakeholders. We have seen the present value in full remediation of these residual sands, so as to minimise any negative impact on the present human and physical environment. We have also recognised that a prospective value might very well exist here, describing same (initially) in the NSX information release of 10 August 2009. On 19 August 2009 - the day after closing the Preference Share Offer - the Company was issued a Permit for a groundwater investigation bore within MIN 5492 at Glenfine. Drilling is planned to occur before the end of August, possibly late next week. We will continue to be thorough in our investigatory approach, to provide those in Government who are involved in the examination and approval of Work Plan and Planning Permit applications with the material and relevant information they need to support endorsement for the activities proposed at Glenfine. About Mount RommelThis Company can now be seen to have developed its own corporate strategy to progress gold projects in Victoria. With the listing of its Preference Shares (anticipated shortly) the Company will have in place its program to go forward at Glenfine, and subsequently at Clunes and Allendale.
